Why It Works

Relationships first, then practical momentum.

Women often enter ABK Dam Med through a trusted conversation, a recommendation from another family or a local event. From there, we build a clear path into programs that create confidence and visible progress.

That combination of belonging and structure has helped our association become a consistent bridge between community life, social support and long-term participation in Malmö.
